Andrew's decades of experience in the ambulance service really shows in his communication skills. He lay things out clearly, and at just the right pace. The course covered a lot of information but it never felt dense or complex. His experience as a kayaker and knowledge of the sport's hazards, equipment etc was also very helpful.
(M.H.)

Visual aids and video of beach rescue were new to me and really helped to bring the training to life.
(S.H.)

This has given me confidence in the knowledge I already had and has built on that with new knowledge.
(A-M.H.)

Well delivered with a trainer who clearly had great and relevant knowledge. The course materials and handouts exceeded my expectations. The notebook was very helpful and means notes made are kept safe and can be added to as a bit of a log.
(L.M.)

Sometimes this sort of thing can be a bit dull but this has been engaging and informative.
